Mama Burgers is one of the first burger places in town in modern times and, the way I see it, it started the whole Sarajevo burger scene.
The burger they make is not a smashburger.

This is what I always eat. It's fantastic, from the meat to the sauce to the bun.
So much potential, but it's not quite there.
Burger: 5.5
For real burgers, the meat isn't up to standard. It's mixed with something, it's not pure. I'm not saying it's bad, but as a burger it earns a 5.5.
Price, atmosphere and service
The price is great: for 10 KM you can eat an okay burger. Atmosphere 7, service 7. Everything else is up to standard.
Verdict
Sadly, so much potential, but it's not quite there. I go back for the chicken burger.
Would return
